  • Use the personalisation box after pressing ‘Add To Cart’ to add your personalisation requests. Make sure to include anything you want to customise. Many customers choose to add names, dates, colour schemes, specific wording or messages.

  • Try not to worry, we all make mistakes. Use the contact form as soon as possible and include your order details - we will try our best to accommodate any changes or updates to your order. Please note that this may not be possible if your product has already been created.

  • For Bloom Bottles and glassware, you can expect your order within 7-10 working days.

    For mirror signage, you will receive your mirror within 28 working days.

    If you need any of these sooner, please get in touch via our contact form before ordering and we will try to accommodate your needs.

  • Absolutely! Please feel free to add a gift message in your personalisation box and we can send your items directly to the recipient.

  • We offer a range of personalised products from wine bottles and glassware to mirror signage for weddings and events that you can directly purchase through our website.

  • All items are carefully packaged to ensure they arrive safely. Due to the fragile nature of glass, I’m unable to take responsibility for any damage that may occur during transit. However, if your order does arrive damaged, please do get in touch and we will always do our best to help.

  • As all items are personalised and made to order, I’m unable to accept returns or offer refunds. Please ensure all details provided (such as names, dates and wording) are correct before placing your order.

  • Each piece is carefully hand painted and should be handled with care to preserve the design.

    For mirrors and decorative pieces:

    • Do not use window cleaners or abrasive products

    • Gently wipe with a dry microfibre cloth to remove dust

    • Avoid excessive handling of the painted areas

    For glassware and bottles:

    • Gentle hand wash only

    • Avoid scrubbing or wiping directly over the painted design

    • Not suitable for dishwashers or soaking

    • Not suitable for ice buckets

    • Leave to air dry or gently pat dry with a soft cloth

    Please take extra care with painted bottles after refrigeration, as the details can become more delicate.

    As each item is hand painted, slight variations and signs of the handmade process are part of its unique character.
